How can I upgrade my ticket?

  1. Open the online concert page.

  2. Click on Upgrade now button.

  3. Choose the ticket you want to upgrade to.

  4. Review your booking details.

    Note: If you have a promo code, click on Add to save on your purchase

  5. Click on Upgrade.

  6. Choose the payment method you prefer.

  7. Complete your payment.

  8. You will receive confirmation that the ticket has been upgraded.
