How do I get refunded if I paid via Minly Wallet?

If you paid an amount using Minly Wallet and did not receive the booked experience, the amount will be refunded directly back to your Minly wallet, so that you can use it in your future purchases on Minly.  Contact our support team if you need further assistance.

What is Minly Wallet?

Your Minly wallet is primarily used for refunds transactions for your purchases on Minly. While we do our best to make sure every request is completed, sometimes celebrities are unable to complete some of them, in this case the request will be "Expired", and the amount will be automatically refunded to your Minly Wallet balance. The next time you make a booking, the amount will be automatically deducted from your wallet balance.
