It means that the payment process hasn't been completed, that can happen if:

  1. There weren't enough balance in your mobile wallet.

  2. The cash amount wasn't paid in the nearest Fawry or Aman or Sadad or Masary outlet in time.

  3. There was a problem in charging the amount from your credit card.
