Can I cancel my video shoutout request after booking it?

Yes! As long as the request hasn't been completed by the celebrity yet, you can cancel your request at any time. All you have to do is contact our support team and tell them your request's order ID.

What if my request is shown as "Expired"?

While we do our best to make sure every request is completed, sometimes celebrities on our platform get unexpectedly busy and are unable to complete requests. In this case, the amount you paid will be refunded to you according to your payment method, contact our support team to learn more.

What will happen if I entered a different mobile number than the one linked to my Minly account in the video shoutout request process?

If you entered a different mobile number than the one linked to your Minly account when requesting a video shoutout, the shoutout will be delivered to the mobile number you entered during the booking process via WhatsApp.

What if my request is shown as "Failed" or "Payment overdue"?

It means that the payment process hasn't been completed, that can happen if: 1. There weren't enough balance in your mobile wallet. 2. The cash amount wasn't paid in the nearest Fawry or Aman or Sadad or Masary outlet in time. 3. There was a problem in charging the amount from your credit card.

What if I have already been charged, but haven’t received my request?

We do our best to make sure that you receive the video on time, but sometimes our celebrities get unexpectedly busy and are unable to complete the request. In this case, you will be fully refunded. You can contact our support team to learn more.
