If you want to delete your account, please follow the below steps. We’re sorry to see you leave Minly!



To delete your Minly account from our website:


  1. Click on your profile picture at the top left
  2. Click on Account.
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Click on Delete account.



  5. Click on View.


  6. You will be advised that all your data will be deleted along with your account. If you’re sure, click on Continue.
  7. Select a reason for deleting your Minly account.
  8. Click on Delete account.


Note: If you have any pending orders, you will need to wait until they have been completed. Contact our support team if you need any further help.



To delete your Minly account from our app:


  1. Tap on the profile icon at the bottom tab bar.
  2. Tap on Settings.
  3. Tap on Privacy and data.
  4. Tap on Delete account.
  5. Sign into your account to confirm account deletion.



  6. Scroll down and tap on Delete account.
  7. You will get a note that advises you that all your data will be deleted along with your account. If you’re sure, tap on Continue.
  8. Select a reason for deleting your Minly account.
  9. Tap on Delete account.
